I know there is a great deal of information about the problems of MSG. I do everything that I can to eliminate it from my diet and I don't deliberately ingest any.
However, there are times that I've eaten at someone else's home or at a resturant and the food has contained it. Of course, I get the usual effects of severe headaches, muscle spasms, asthma-like attacks, and other severe pain.
What will work to get it out of the system?
