I'm another newbie flusher. I'm doing my third tonight, too. I did the first last Friday, passed 300-500 stones. Then I read that no-one over 20 passes the big ones on the first flush, so I did it again on Saturday - another 300-500. Largest was the size of a kidney bean. Good luck, littlewings. I'm a chiro, and in my experience, yes, skin itching is frequently a sign of toxins trying to get out. Tonight I'm adding Hulda's Epsom Salt
drinks, to be followed by the same recipe I used before, the one with coke.
To anyone else reading this, I just read in the coffee enema
section that because of the special veins in the sigmoid and rectum, that people can feel sick, have a bowel movement, and then feel better. Very normal, but I know someone who feels sick after, not before. Any ideas?
