I can just imagine what you're going through!! For kids it's even more difficult as they don't have the concept of "swallow this, it will help", they just feel "it's horrible, I don't want it"... :)
I had to do Candida diet for some time and tried the Body Ecology Diet too - let me tell you, you can take all the supplements you want, if you don't eat right, nothing or not much will change!! So this is my advice to you: I know it will be hard to change things from one day to another so maybe gradually will be wiser. Take out every kind of refined
Sugar from your daughter's diet, talk to her about it, let her be part of it. Even young kids will understand that you try this for her to feel better. You can put stevia in her food to make it sweeter if that is what she wants and I completely agree with one of the posters before: make a smoothie, the taste of banana and strawberries or whatever sweet fruit will conceal the bad tastes.

Diet Forum on this site and you will find info about what to eat and what to avoid - you can start to make changes as gradually as your daughter's needs.
One more thing: I have some kefir grains I can send you if you think that would help as kefir restores so many things in our "inside" - do some reading on it and if you think you want the grains, please let me know. I make smoothies for my daughter with the kefir I culture - she loves it, never realises what good stuff are inside... :)
