The more elimination the better, but I think the key point to the Sea Salt
mixture is to simply HAVE elimination one to one and a half hours after taking it, instead of necessarily increased elimination.
Also, maybe the laxative herbal tea at night and then the Sea Salt
in the morning, as recommended in the book, might help if you haven't been doing so.
Exercise is excellent to help the cleaning process. Sweating helps clear out toxins. If you're feeling headache-y during the first days, get outside and do an easy jog and breathe fresh air.
