I've been reading old messages and heard that it also helps the stones to move out if you use heat & vibration during your flush.
So, since I have one of those Homedics Back massager with heat, I thought I'd lie on that when I do my second flush (probably this weekend).
Does it matter if the heat/massage is on your back or your front?
I'm also going to try rubbing tiger balm on my front under my right rib cage, as I read that someone else did.
Want to get those stones out!
I really haven't noticed any difference since my first flush. So, gotta get the next one done.
