Flush when you feel better.
For cold I use the following:
Hot foot-bath with mustard powder (about 2-3 table spoons of powder for one bath). You keep your feet for about 15-20 minutes in the bath, adding hot water to keep it hot. (If you don't have mustard powder, just take a hot water foot bath). I do it before going to bed and sleep in wool socks. It is important to keep your feet dry and warm. You can also rub some tiger balsam (bear fat\ badger fat\ vodka\ cognac \rum)on your feet before putting wool socks on.
In addition to hot foot baths before going to bed you can also rub some tiger balsam (bear fat\ badger fat\ vodka\ cognac \rum) on your neck and chest avoiding heart area and sleep in cotton sweat shirt.
Herbal inhalations are very good too. Put some dry or fresh herbs (camomile/ sage/wild rosemary/eucalyptus)or raw potato with a half glass of water in a pot and bring it to simmer. Breath deeply for 10-15 minuted through the mouth over the pot with your head covered with towel, so that the steam does not go away. Adjust your position and steam temperature and intensity so that it does not burn you.
Consume vitamin C, chew garlic and drink hot herbal teas. Avoid eating sugar, milk products and flour products.
Don't use any pills. Doing all the above you should be all right in two or three days.
