Just received my first order of foot pads today, and I had a few questions:

1. Is it safe to use the foot pad on my foot with titanium rods, screws, and wires / pins in my ankle? I broke my ankle this year and it had to be totally reconstructed. Any concerns here?

2. Also, can the foot pad increase circulation or do anything that would dislodge any existing blood clots? When I had the broken ankle, my foot was elevated for 3 months - I have seen commercials on TV recently about the dangers of blood clots, but none of my doctors had mentioned this possibility to me. I have not had any symptoms except occasional minor pain in that calf.


Looking forward to trying these. I have no major health complaints - although I did go through a parasite / candida cleanse a few years ago and felt great afterwards. Want to work on getting back to that state of health again...
