content as well). That is not to say that fruit doesn't have a huge amount of other benefits, as it does. It is just that if you truly believe you have candida and are trying to rid yourself of it through diet, then no Sugar
of any kind is best. Later you can reintroduce some fruits into your diet, but keep it within reason. 2 -3 pieces a day is a lot. berries are best, apples, grapes and bannana are the most Sugar
filled. It will probably be more to your benefit to introduce friendly bacteria rather than just try to rid yourself of candida. taking a probiotic supplement and eating a diet rich in these bacteria (yogurt/kefir etc) is best for fighting the candida. If the good bacteria is strong in your gut, then the candida will not have much of a place to grow.
