I have had cysitc Acne for many years i have been reading on the cure zone for few months now i want to try the liver flush
Little scared to do it. do i have to do a Enema if i flush my liver i understand if i don`t do Enema that the toxins will sit in my bowls is there anyother thing besides the enema.
Also how can i perpair my body for the flush B+P shakes?
and in what order is good Liver flush,bowle, parasite cleanse.?

I use to have bad cystic acne. I found the reason behind it was an allergy to wheat. Which is anything with flour in it. Other common allergens are milk, corn, soy and nuts. I would suggest before you do a Liver Flush to try to eliminate possible allergens for atleast a week to see if there is any connection. Then when you complete a certain amount of Liver Flushes you may be able to add these foods back into your diet.
One key to knowing which possible allergen to start eliminating is if you crave a certain food and then feel a euphoria type feeling after you eat it.
