Yes, I really do totally think so.
Sweat is your body's way of ridding the toxins. Pleease read Bharti's website. http://www.thegardendiet.com/bharti/
Start gradually adding more raw fruits and veggies to your diet. Eliminating meats and dairy and flours. She had such boils on her face, but gradually, they diminished in time- to the point her skin is beautiful now. You can see her photos on the left side of the website and read her story.
Sweat is so good- I remember last year I was blending raw frozen cranberries in water and drinking it as a cocktail every morning-- seeds, skin and all. You know what? I started sweating alot more than I normally do and my skin started looking great! I'm 41 years old-- even my fine lines got alot smaller.
I stopped when I went on a low carb diet-- thinking i was getting alot of carbs from the cranberries- so I just ate meats, cheeses, and an apple a day. Then my skin got its old way again. The one good thing learned on a low carb diet is the part of cutting out refined flours and sugars. However, I realize now that cutting out the enzymes we all need in raw fruits and vegetables is not a healthy thing. Also, I have been reading up on how humans were not really designed to be meat eaters. Our intestines are 30 feet long- and meat eating animals like dogs and wolves all have short intestines-- probably about 3 feet long.
YOU MAY WANT TO CONSIDER CUTTING OUT DAIRY AND MEAT TO FURTHER REMOVE MORE TOXINS---
Like all plant eating animals, meat sits and ferments in our intestines- so then it gives toxins such as the estrogen and antiobiotics pumped in our livestock time to saturate our bodies- (not to mention other toxins).
Some people have found that they gain weight just from eating meat because livestock is pumped with fat increasing hormones to fatten them up. Even though the meat industry disagrees it has any effect on humans, it has been proven that even traces of that hormone remain in our bodies, cant' be destroyed by heat, and continues doing its "fattening up" in our bodies like it did in the livestock.
Chicken has also been known to be bred in overstocked areas where they contact lupus, etc.. Instead of picking those infected chickens out, they pump antiobiotics in all the chickens.
So even our mass marketed poultry isnt really that great for us humans in that respect also.
BEAUTY SECRET WHILE YOUR BODY IS REMOVING TOXINS--
1.-- Daily drink a morning big glass of hot water with lemon wedges squeezed in. Lemon is a great detoxifier. Make sure the water is warm or hot so it can get into your intestines better.
2. TROUBLE SKIN FACIAL!-- Oohhhh, I love this one!
Get a papaya, Pineapple, fresh raw berries, Cherries or a Mango-- or any great fruit known for it's digestive enyzme qualities.
Cut some of it off and blend into a paste. After washing your face and infected areas with a NATURAL face soap-- (go to your healthfood store and get one of those natural plant based soaps for $2.99 or so- I use a peppermint clay one--love it), smear on the fruit paste all over your face and other areas that you break out.
Relax at your computer , or give yourself a manicure while you leave it on your skin for 20-30 minutes. This facial is so cheap yet same quality as those expensive ones that all the celebrities get at thier salons.
Rinse off with tepid water. With mango or papaya, you may not need to have to moisturize after the facial.--- Or else use a light moisturizer on dry parts only. I use Burt's Bees carrot oil for my eye area, or else get some Grape Seed oil in the grocery store and use it as a moisturizer.
Mass marketed cosmetics all tend to have toxins in them that sink into our skin layers and bloodstream. Some companies even know this but dont care. Many of the stuff that is added in our cosmetics and bodycare products are known toxins that break down collegan in our skin. Then that same company will sell a Retinol product to "make up" for their toxic ingredients that are so cheap for them to use. Mineral Oil is really bad, but many products use this because its' cheaper to use in manufacturing.
If you write to the company, you will get a great spin doctor PR person who will tell you that there is nothing to worry about. Sure, you may not die of cancer from it, but your skin will break down- and you will think that is normal for your age when it is not. Not to mention that even cosmetic toxins stay in our bodies, needing to come out.
I personally like Burt's Bees products- and their lipsticks and lipglosses are all plant and beeswax based with very pretty colors.
Also try Bare Minerals face powder,etc.- That's supposed to be really awesome and created in response to our polluted cosmetic industry.
