You really hit the Nail on the head, when you say ...you were lied to by the medical community. The sad thing i, they LIE to eachother and the lie has become a giant sticky Spider's Web.
Yes, I was told a hundred times that diet meant nothing. LOL!! Isn't it amazing how well the Body Heals iteslf when it has the proper nutrition!!
Wonderful advice about diet and Acne
Tab. Thank you so much for having the courage to Share! I have never tried acnetab, but changing my diet helped me alot with my Skin problems (acne, rash, hives, sensitivity).
Oily skin is usually a Liver issue. So maintanence cleansing for liver like: Milk Thistle, Dandelion, Oregon Grape, Artichoke, Gugullu, or whatever herbs you are into for liver. You can buy it bulk and make a tea or buy something online.
That should help the oil. Also Witch Hazel topically. I drink alot of aloe too, which has helped heal my gut and my skin.
Also, make sure your hormones are balanced. Too much progesterone or androgenic hormones can make us oily, although if the LIVER is functioning properly, it will detox those extra hormones anyway.
There are a few Homeopathic "Female Hormone Balance" formulas out there by many different companies. Your probably don't need this, but others may still be struggling and may want to look into it.
