is caused by lack of Zinc. And pumpkin seeds being a good source, it recommends eating 1 tbs of raw pumpkin seeds 3 times a day everyday. I eat the seeds with a handful of Thomson organic black raisins ( I buy them at Whole Foods) . It is definitely worth it. Also eat chick peas - they also have a lot of Zinc.
