I started my fast on Monday and 1st two day where fine but i woke up today sick. I was wondering i am on birthcontrol through a patch. Does anyone know if this will effect me negativly. I wanted to do only water for 7 days followed by juice for 20 days and then some raw food and ease my way in to a whole new healthy diet. I would appreciate any support from anyone. Today i did drink orange juice at work because i was practically falling over. THANKS EVERYONE
