Yes I lost my excess weight and have kept it off.
I do put on a few
pounds and have to pay more attention to my excercise output and my food/water intake for a few days.
Fasting can spur you to a weight you are happier at, but it takes a determined lifestyle change to keep it off. The foods that put the weight on in the first place will do it again.
