hi. it's just the 2 nd day that is finishing now..and i feel great good!!!
to answer your question, yes i kind of keep myself busy, read, go for walks in the morning, drink water and herbal teas and just keep in mind i'm not going to have any food for the next..19 days!

it's just in my miond, i kind of forget the feeding my body with food now, and i don't need any for now, and i'm just doing lots of good to myself, showing myself i do love me and i want to take care of me!
i am commited to this decision i made and feel patient(for now)..and if some tough moments appears, they will certainly..i'll just have to keep in mind that they won't last and that these moments passed, i'll feel even stronger!
we can all make it, just not letting our minds master us but better us mastering our minds!
