I am on day 6 yayyy!!!! And I feel great I woke up with energy and got on my tredmill! and I lost another p! I am starting to notice in my body that I have lost weight to it feels great!!!!
well done, you're over the hardest initial three/four days, once you've come this far you wont want to turn back until you've achieved what you want to, all the best Emma
