Ok I have tried many mini fast but usually dont past the 4th day. This time i am determined to do it!!!!
I plan to do a Water Fast
till the end of the month
then i plan to do about 10 days juice fast
and then 7-10 day raw food fast.
This will be a preset for my new healthy diet.
I am considering this a spring cleaning for my insides.
What i plan to get out of this is
1. A closer relationship with God because instead of always stuffing my self with food i will stuff myself with God word.
2. Break the addiction to food.
3. Getting a start on a healthy lifestlye of eating....
4. Loose about 30lbs.
