well you ladies are my heros.
today is day two (or day 1 and 1/2) LOL and i caved this afternoon BUT only with fruit. i had 2 organges, 1 banana and some grapes.
my thinking is that this day could either be a transition day into the real fast - and i should be feeling better tomorrow - or its like a restricted calorie day.
i did go on the treadmill for 30 minutes to make up for it.
but i know that you cannot lose weight unless the duration of teh fast is long. right now, eating and not eating then eating and not eating - that is just screwing with my metabolism. and i probably am not going to lose weight that way.
oye. i'm depressing myself!! feel like eating.... uh oh!!!
