I was wondering if any of you have any specific schedule on when to eat and what to eat?
Where i'm at right now I just consume whenever and try to limit it to veggies juices and salads. A few fruits in the morning and veggies throughout the day.
I was wondering if anyone made a time table?
Drink two cups of water mixed with the juice of half a lemon
eat three fruits to get digestion going
Eat raw sashimi tuna
Take supplements - lecithin, vitamins, MSM
Eat a dash of cayenne pepper or ginger root
You get the picture. I'm still trying to get a time table for a diet that fits in with my schedule and something i could consistently follow.
What kinda schedule do you all have?
