The blood type might hold some truth. I never new my blood type but always feel better after eating some good pure red meat grass feed all the way. It seems I get reenergized somewhat. Well my wife told me to get tested and I find out I am O positive which they say eat a little more meat.
Then I look at westonaprice research and I think it goes to what region you might live that determines what you might eat. Living in the cold climates tend to have more meat during the winter months and not until summer start to eat a lot more fruits/vegies.
Look at people in the pacific they eat probably more fish/coconut and they probably healthy people and I bet it didn't have anything to do with blood type but they eat more raw foods. Like you said your posts above cooking does destroy the enzymes.
So as far as raw red meat goes I never done that but known top body builders back in the 50s that would eat raw liver,raw bloodetc. I think I would have to slightly cook mine but leave it more pink in the middle?
What do you know about this and the big question would be parasites
even though I am getting animals feed all grass etc. I would still think you would have to think parasites
would be in the meat? Any thoughts on that
