I am retaining fluid, have pain in my legs at night when I am trying to sleep do not empty my bladder when I urinate.

    I am 100% with Bob's advice. Go to a doctor and find out the underlying cause and reason before you can treat it! Very important as you can only have one pair of kidneys. Do not lose them!
