I have tried several of the cleansing kits available at Whole Foods, but have not been impressed with the quality or effectiveness. I personally recommend the All Natural Internal Cleanse by Nature's Medicine. This is a comprehensive, 3-part cleansing system. It addresses the colon/intestine, liver, kidney, bowel, and parasite
cleanse in one system. The chemistry of mixing the different herbs/fiber formulations has already been done for you. This is one of the reasons I chose a pre-packaged cleansing system. It's a matter of personal preference. It was more cost effective for me; and, I was more likely to be consistent in following through with the cleanse because the work of preparation had already been done for me. It contains a fiber powder for the major detoxing. The fiber formulation contains both soluble and insoluble fiber. The fiber powder mixture will also address such things as candida/yeast that accumulate in the body. It also contains a parasite
cleanse that comes in capsule form, called Paranix. And finally, it contains a cleanse tea that will focus on the bowel and kidney flush. You take the tea at night before bed and you awake to a good flushing (bowel & kidney) in the morning.

Especially if this is your first time incorporating a cleanse, I recommend this comprehensive system as a good start. In addition to incorporating a cleanse, you will also need to address your nutritional habits (healthy eating vs. unhealthy eating). Make sure that you are drinking plenty of water and that you eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains when you are incorporating a cleanse. You shouldn't incorporate a cleanse, while at the same time, eating poorly. When you are incorporating a cleanse, while you are flushing out the bad (toxins/bacteria/ parasite
etc.), you are also flushing some of the good nutrients as well. For this reason it is very important that you incorporate healthy eating/drinking habits while you are incorporating a cleanse. You will need to replenish those vitamins/minerals/proteins with your diet.
