last night, I ate steamed veggies of same combination, brown rice, 1 hour later, I ate boiled Chinese carbage (Bai Choy) with pork rib soup, the rib was boiled for 2 hours, I ate 3 small pieces of pork rib, they are very well cooked.
This morning I ate steamed brocolli and squash, a bit of cucumber and turnip. Today's lunch is brown rice and Bai Choy (leftover of last night).
I reduced entocorte for a while, the flare-up started at the last weekend. I then increase it back to 1 pill a day, (orig was 3 pills a day, reduced to 1 pill/per 2 days). So, I had one pill yesterday, and colozal 3x3 per day as usual. This morning, I had usual small BM with no blood, gas and watery. I had additional BM this morning but with no blood, small passing. And I actually forgot taking the pill this morning. Hopefully, I won't see blood for the rest of the day.
I was starting to take the VLS probiotics, which is pretty expensive. But I started after I see the symptom, so, it might not be a cause, I paused that anyway.
My GI advised me that I should increase the entocorte back until it's brought under control, and see me in december, schedule an coloscopy at the time.
He mentioned Imuron, he suggest I have to be on either Imuron or 6MP(I mentioned 6MP), if the symptom is not under control by december. He said they are better than pred for me.
I forgot to ask why I am on colozal instead of the more popular asocal. But he mentioned it before that they are the same.
If I see no blood in the following 2 days, I will start probiotics again.
