I just recently read somewhere on CureZone that lighter colored stool means less digestive bile.

its normal. the magnesium in the Epsom Salt (magnesium sulfate) draws water into the bowels in large amounts, this will turn the stool a lighter color, it means the Epsom Salts did what it is supposed to do.
