Thanks for the advice everyone!!!! Yeah, I am doing the ovo-vegetarian diet now. I am losing fat, my muscles are becoming well-defined & very cut. I am not bulking up as much, but the breath & b.o. have calmed down. I am not doing the vegan diet as it is WAY too strict, as in, I'd have to give up my leather coat & shoes...LOL, and that's not happenening.
I am still only using good carbs w/ low gylcemic index. I have been on a low-carb diet for two years prior & cut out Sugar
& white flour, etc. So I will not go back to bad carbs. I think more clearly, I focus better, and my digestion is MUCH better. I also think it has provided a boost to my normally cranky attitude. Soooo much better without the meat...everyone should do this, I am thrilled at the results. I will update as time goes on but I am sure it will only get better!!!
