amounts generally improve energy and feeds adrenals. Also specific aminoacids can normalize hormone production because many people may be protein deficient (due to impaired digestion/juices stemming from wrong diet) - the body needs aminoacids to make all hormones/ enzymes etc so by providing a good source of readily absorbable AAs can improve adrenal function.
Whole adrenal extracts can also provide specific nutrition to adrenals.
