The thing that has helped me the most with stress is regular sungazing.
I started out with 10 seconds per day, adding 10 seconds every day. I'm
now up to almost 38 minutes (only at the safe times of day! within 1 hr.
after sunrise, and 1 hr. before sunset). You don't need to do it that long
to get the results! After only a week or so (or 70 seconds) I noticed
a calming effect and not long after, noticed that my needs for food and
sleep diminished. At the 7 or 8 minute mark it was very very obvious how
beneficial the SG is for the human bodymind. Some days I am in a state
of bliss. The second most helpful thing for stress is OP (oil pulling),
which I do regularly twice a day. Check out the OP forum on Curezone.
Both practices are so simple, yet so powerful. The SG is absolutely free
(unless you have to drive somewhere to do the SG because trees or houses
obscure the view, in which case you'll need to have a car and buy gas),
and the OP hardly costs anything, a bottle of sunflower oil every couple
of weeks or so. And of course, the time investment. But what a worthwhile
investment! :-) Without peace and harmony in one's life, things become
much more difficult than they should be.
