Sounds normal to me, albeit, you may consider adding more
fiber if you want bulkier stools. The best indication is
that you have a smooth flow. Ideally you would want to
experience a BM after each meal and in the morning. This
would indicate there is still work to do to improve bowel
function but its a process so integrate these changes and
work at it from the dietary end for awhile. I can recommend
something like brown rice for adding fiber.
