Change your oil! I think that's key. Try Sesame, it's a very good oil to pull with.
Alas, my husband's red spots are still showing on his legs, but not his arms. But both legs and arms are very smooth.
We've changed oils recently, so I'm watching him very closely with Walnut Oil, which I think is an incredible oil too.
I'd still use coconut topically though.
