I am on my first day of the MC, so I don't have much to say about the Master-Cleanse yet. But last year I had 4 colonics, the "intro special" to get me started. I never when back. I used the angel of water machine and had the first two, two days apart, took a week off and then had the last two, two days apart. Each session cost about $80. Besides losing about 2 inches on my waist (significant!!), I really didn't notice any changes in my body or mind. And within two weeks, my waist gained all the girth back. colonics take time to flush out your whole colon, mostl likely you will not get it done in one visit. How much build up you have in your colon will set the # of treatments you need to flush the colon clear. I was able to get some really nasty stuff outta there, but from the sounds of it...the Master-Cleanse will do the same thing. From what I understand the Master-Cleanse is cheaper and helps more areas of your body get healthy. Good luck!
