Has anybody here had any negative effects using Olive oil as a dressing on their salads?
Today I had Organic lettuce, organic cucumber, organic red onion, organic leek with a tin of tuna fish (in sunflower oil) sprinkled with chives, parsley and thyme and a sqeeze of organic lemon juice. I gently mixed this mixture and heated in a frying pan with olive oil just to make it warm (I didnt cook anything, just warmed) All of those foods are very low on the glycemic index, infact you cannot get much lower.
I'm having a mild headache again, is there anything in that meal that could be causing a problem?
Lemon juice, sunflower oil or olive oil ? I dont think any of those foods should be a problem.
