The emotional challenges can be the biggest
part of the cleansing process. We can tell
you how to Master Cleanse but we cannot really
fight that battle over your food relationships
for you. You need to want to shift to better
behaviors MORE than you want to continue eating
choices which no longer serve you.
Perhaps you may need to work on your dietary
choices first and also your constipation. It
can be challenging to keep hydrated and it was
one of my major lessons of MCing. I did not drink
nearly enough water and now I really focus on doing
that and recognizing thirst. If you become thirsty,
you are already dehydrated.

It takes some people more than a few starts
to finally reach their personal finish line
too. Eight days was good although I am amazed
that your belly tolerated the junk after not
eating for that long.
The next time, try using the lax tea in the
morning and at night. You can switch salts
for the
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) or do a trick of mixing the salt
in a portion of the water, swigging it down
and chasing it with the rest of the water.
Keep working it though, and you will eventually
be successful~
Here were a couple of web log entries I wrote
