You have bad skin= you have a lot of toxins. Internal health is visible in many cases through external appearance. Do you crave Sugar
or alcohol? Do you tolerate alcohol? Do you have "silver" tooth fillings. Did you have braces? Is your hair/skin dry or oily or both. What is your body type...do you gain weight water/fat quickly? Do you gain muscle quickly? When did you begin to have noticable life affecting problems. Have you had dysentary...diahrea that was bad? Do you have at least 2 bowel movements per day? Are they formed..meaning do you need to wipe? Do you eat whole food/cook? These are questions that you need to ask yourself. Each one is a piece to your puzzle. Each person is different. I always recommend reading about food. "Nourishing Traditions" is based on food/preparation that healthy cultures existed on for millenia. The "Body Ecology Diet" teaches about macrobiotic principles that are based off Taoist Chinese Medicine such as why its immportant to eat with the seasons. Andreas Moritz
has a great book called "Timeless Secrets of Health and Rejeuvenation." However, none of these books will tell you what foods you are sensitive to and are otherwise immune system poison. If you have worms then you will be sensitive to milk products. If you have yeast you will react to anything fermented, peanuts, sugary (including fruits), or sometimes difficult to digest proteins such as gluten and egg. If you have metals then the field is open...allergies will shift like the breeze. I have found muscle testing (Kinesiology) is the only thing that works. You can practice simple tests but usually it requires a trained individual to know if circuits are crossed and/or blown which is uaually the case in people with health issues. I cannot recommend a one fits all approach. I can only help sort information which you yourself must answer. I can guide based on my own 8 years of searching and the results of people I have helped.
