Hi DEFT -
Actually the above message has nothing to do with why you could not retrieve the website. Even if you have not done a defrag in years the website would just be placed into a cache file and therefore at worse pulling up old data. You could have had a 'bump' in the web server either on your end or from where the Moreless website is located which can only be a few seconds or as long as a few hours. So even if someone could not view the website at one moment, the next person could see it just fine. On the other hand, if you see that a website has not been updated (and you know it has been) then make sure you clear your cache files (and history) files from your computer.
Defragging your computer just puts things back into order. It has nothing to do with the internet in why you cannot access a website!
Here is a more clear definition of Defragging:
"When you defrag your machine, you are making your machine work better. Defragging puts all of the pieces needed to run your program in a close proximity to each other on the hard drive. When you delete programs in your hard drive, you leave empty spaces where pieces of the program were inserted during installation. When you load a new program, the computer goes to the first available slot to place all the parts, so your program could be loading pieces at the beginning, middle and end. This forces your hard drive to hunt all over in accessing all the pieces and putting them together to run your application."
