Hi, I started my second fast today and, based on my last one (the 1st), I had a few questions.
1 - I understand the benefits of Cayenne pepper and love the taste of it, but it's pretty impossible to find it where I live. Can I replace it with something else? The amount I have will only last me another 3 days, at the most. Should I save it for the latter days of the fast? Alternate days? (I'm shotting for 14 this time)
2- Sene tea gives me horrible cramps and gas. I have been using Smooth Move sent from abroad which works great, but that will also run out soon. Should I try peppermint tea, or something else that is not so exotic in South America and easy to find?
3- I have been in the habit of drinking Oregano tea to bust my immune system with great results. Can I keep doing it?
