That's good news for you! I didn't get a very good pull yesterday morning and had the ole fitful sleep again. I might try to pull before I go to bed and see if that helps. I hear you about Raging Starvation! I do well until noon with little or no food (usually raw fruit), but afternoon and evening look out! LOL I think once I get off the Sugar
at least for 3 days I'll be ok.
The other thing to look for is an new sense of peace or calm. I noticed that the first day I pulled, wow if every day could be that uphoric(SP)! Someday, after I get these dang Amalgams
out! I am working on a plan to make it happen.
Maybe I'll pull as soon as I get home before I start stuffing my mouth! I have cut out coffee too, maybe have a cup now and then. Not a heavy drinker anyway.

Well I've noticed that pulling with flaxseed oil, I get a REALLY good pull. It goes in amber color with a thick base and comes out white color and thin. With the pumpkinseed oil (and I do love that one!), it definitely is much darker and thicker when going in and comes out amber. So I know that I am getting good pulls. I ONLY pull the first thing when I get up. I don't pull at night.
Now you did bring up an excellent point about being more calmer as I am able to handle stress better at work. I do have a sense of peace when everybody is going crazy! That could also be from not drinking coffee, no sugar, or other foods that I was consuming for a bit. I usually eat EXTREMELY organic and healthy but fell off the wagon in between Halloween and Thanksgiving. But now I am back on the wagon and feel better. I am definitely consuming less foods. The ONLY thing that has changed since I gave up coffee the day after Tgiving is that I dont have a "regular B-movement anymore. I really relied on coffee(stimulant) and now I "don't go" in the morning. I feel fine, no headaches or anything, but just dont know when I will get the urge.(chuckling!) I now drink green tea in the mornings to hopefully get my motor running in there.
Oh yeah - when I get home from work I am definitely ready to eat too! And then after, catch a workout and maybe have a few almonds or munching on fresh coconut pieces(YUMMY!) before entering dreamland!
