I lost 28 pounds, blood pressure went from 156/98 to 105/70. I use 10 drops 35% h202 in 8 oz water plus msm on an empty stomach first thing every morning. I eat an alkaline diet suplemented with carbs for exercise. I also drink Alkaline Water during the day. It took me about a year to make these changes.
