I would like to try and help. Calcium in milk at this time may not be the best route. Your body needs a balance of minerals for the calcium to even be used properly. You could best help by eating dark greens three times a day. Some stores even list what minerals the different greens carry. Almonds are just as high in calcium as milk. I can not remember if its wheat bran or oat bran that has the magnisium. Go easy on the Magnisium. To much will cause trouble. If you get diarreah then its to much and cut back. Do not get Manisium or minerals from regular vitamins. Stay away from things made from ground up metal, bones, and shells. Eat the plants and grains that have them and you will be ahead of the class. You can improve your babys health with what you do to yourself. Also look into lowering your acidic levels. The dark greens should help. Look into Cold pressed Flax Seed Oil and also Almond Milk. You might even be able to give the baby a little of the Almond milk. Get this stuff from trustworthy places. Trador Joes and Health Food Stores. If you don't like eating greens check into green drinks. Which you can discuse that flavor with teas and such. I prefer eating the greens. Do a little research on each. P.S. I medically treated myself with herbs. Only after giving the doctors their chance and having them mess me up. I do better each time when I take over and quit the doctor. One doctor was offended and wonder why I would even seek their oppinion if I do not follow their orders. Well they do have info I need and I usually try what they want on most things. But they are not perfect and sometimes I do know things that they do not. They are only human. That does not mean I don't need their help. I just am carefull about their help. You should be just as carefull with even herbs. Which are safer, but you still have dos and don'ts on herbs also. If the herb is not a food to be eaten in a everyday meal then really search it to the max. Be safe. Thats why raw foods are usualy the best way to start. You would be surprized what a difference a tiny mixed dark green salad three times a day could do for you. Try it for three day and see. Start with just a fourth of a cup three times a day. Increase it till you feel comfortable. If your bowels gets to loose. Cut back.
