Dear Propaul, If saline enema is like electrolite, so would that replace electrolite? Im asking because Im a person that sweats alot in hot weather and drink lots of water and loose a lot of fluid,should I consider saline enema 3xweek because I am drinking alot of staminade so I dont go wobbly in the heat , would this be a help as living in Australia is very hot especialy when working outside ?
