Hi chardy,
You may need to learn to adjust your Lime water up til your problems stop and learn to take enough Epsom Salt so that you have no constipation problems, but not enough to give you the scoots !
And If you are not getting enough sunshine, then you need to provide your body with some extra source of Vit D, which may come from Wild Alaskan Salmon or Sardines for a meal in the middle of your day, or from Cod Liver oil, by taking a small amount each day !
And these problems may then leave you alone !
