I have found adding a teaspoon of ground
ginger to my OO/GF potion in the blender
works wonders for my nausea. I also add
a teaspoon of tumeric. I dont know if it
helps with the nausea but does help with
the flush...perhaps someone knows exactly
why...Telman's experimentation has had a
good influence on most of us.
I hope you continue flushing now that you
are no longer breastfeeding. Adding good
plant fats to your diet will also be
beneficial. Olive, flax, hemp and coconut
are my current ones.
The good news is the flush works so if
you were so congested that you flushed
such memorable stones, then chaff and
more gunk cannot be far behind. Flushing
every two weeks or even 3 for me has
meant that usually by the time the next
flush day comes around, I have put it out
of my mind how detoxing it can be. Focus
instead on the future results. I have
read such great testimonies in this forum
that I want one of those stories to be
mine~! :) I want to read your story as
a success story here too~~
