I'd love to post ways to keep the weight off after a fast:
1) quit thinking that fasting will result in long term weight loss
2) make gradual changes to your lifestyle so that you lose weight without thinking about it
3) stick to the new lifestyle
it's that simple. cut out the five whites: alcohol, flour, rice, dairy and animal fat. avoid a coffee habit and anything processed or chemical.
i don't mean to sound condescending but i completed a fast a month ago and regained the weight i lost. i'm so pissed off at myself and am going through some serious psychological trauma here. i don't want anyone else to have to go through this. fasting for weight loss doesn't work unless there's some magic way to re-introduce food that doesn't have catastropic results.
any advice anyone? i'm going off the deep end here.
