I keep hearing about how we need to eat fresh, nutritionally dense, unadulterated food. I'm finding it difficult to obtain that food. Even though there are several health food stores in my town, much of the fresh produce (including organic) is either old, just not there during the cold months, or comes from far away where it is picked too early, and/or has been depleted of much nutritional value by the time it arrives here. Anybody else have this problem? Any suggestions?
