I had wanted to share my journey of seeking health ... I am now embarrassed to realize you think I am not here for legitimate help or healing, but for entertainment only.
It is all so ironic ... I was hesitant to share personal things because of real or imagined backlash, and afterwards I find this post. I should have continued to listen to my gut.

I do eat fairly well, I'm a sort of border-line vegetarian if you will,
I eat a very small amount of meat, (not even daily)
I don't drink milk, I do have one cup of espresso every morning, after my ozone water, (started two months ago)
and my oil pulling (which I've just started about a week ago).
Except for my cup of espresso, all I drink is water, (about 2 to 3 qts.a day).
I'm disabled and I live in an old HUD apartment complex, and I just got rid of (I hope) mold that was growing inside the apt. (I live in humid S. Florida)
I've never done any cleanses before.
I never/ever get sick at all, the last time I got sick was well over 15 yrs ago, people cough in my face all the time and you know the usual that happens in evey day living,(especially here in an elderly complex) but I just don't get sick.
I'm 61 Y.O. and I don't take any meds at all, and as far as I know I'm healthy.
I don't smoke, don't drink, don't even take asperin.
So when I tried the Master-Cleanse and got violently sick, I just was not used to having that sick feeling, it just knocked me out!
I was dizzy, and dry heaving, and a wicked headache, which I never get headaches.---
I'm wondering if the mold in the apt. had anything to do with my reaction?
I'll do the oil pulling for about month or so, then I would like to try the Master-Cleanse again,
but I'm so apprehensive about it, as the last time was a complete horror show!
is there a different cleanse that you recommend?
I read that the oil pulling is also a toxic cleanser.
What do you think about the oil pull?
(it sure is a lot better on my system)

He has removed all of his recent OP posts. I don't know why he singled me out (nor why I took the bait) ... but, still, I wrongly assumed we were having an ongoing friendly sparring match (a "pissing" contest with words, if you will.)
He began signing those recent posts with "David A. PhD" in a thread with Molly ... I assumed he was a prominent member ... and he told me that he came here to help and advise others, but that he is also a very busy man and does not have time to waste with people who are insincere in seeking help.
Basically, he glared a very powerful spotlight on my "over-the-top" flamboyancy, and how my feisty nature can very well be misinterpreted. But, behind every clown's mask is a ... anyway.
Once again, thank you for shedding light upon the real #71405. I am even more humbled by this revelation, and I continue to feel a heaviness in my heart.
I hope he comes back.
I promise to lightly "season my words with salt" from now on ... NOT dump the whole five pound sack!

This is a reply to # 812,553My heart goes out to David, it is so terribly hard to go from an active lifestyle to being disabled and seeing all you worked for and saved going down the drain, reduced to living on Government handouts that can be pitifully small. However, that is no reason to be so bitter and resentful. I don't know what happened here or why he was offended. Perhaps he was just wondering why the success story could not have been his. People like Mama Crow, Trapper, Grzbear, and hopefully myself who have been down to the lowest point of their lives and fought and struggled their way back to health can be great sources of inspiration and examples. I fought my way back once from a serious spinal injury, and with help, hope and prayers I can recover from the effects of my run-in with a large buck deer that further damaged my back to the point where I cannot walk right now. I do get frustrated, discouraged and occasionally depressed; I admit that and really don't see those emotions as a sign of mental illness as one person has said repeatedly. But, I have never been jealous or resentful of those who have reclaimed their health. I will never stop learning or trying to help those with questions. What I have learned on this forum has helped, although it has not cured. I rejoice with all of you who have seen major improvements. For those still struggling, I will be here to listen if you need an ear, advise if you ask, and share what I have learned and experienced along the way. I hope others will continue to do the same. Sharing and caring is a big part of what makes Curezone so great. Testimonials of healing give many of us the incentive to keep on trying. Never apologize for being a success story. While visiting some other www places recently, I read a posted group discussion where a person quoted "how Trapper does" OP. That person said she was trying to get the results you had posted here - great compliment to you.
In reference to my observation there are a considerable number of people talking, sharing, and supporting each other on this forum. At another well-known cz forum, it appears the main guy continually posts even though no one else has initially presented him a question or responded to his older posts. It would seem he is trying to "stay afloat," an issue of survival or trying to save face. True, his family has faced a daunting challenge; it does not excuse bitterness and sarcasism. "Thou art kind; therefore, in thy kindness teach me thy ordinances." (Psalm 119:65-68). As you say, "we create our own world." Kindness is the fifth virtue listed in the fruits of the Spirit. Ephesians 4:32, "And Be Ye Kind One to Another."
You, my friend, have done admirable work here at curezone. You've helped to make it the best place to be for help and encouragement.
