The first 3-5 days can be the roughest.
Certainly the first and second are usually
the ones people have problems with since
their system is still processing food
and producing stomach acids and such.
I can only hope, for you, that if you
drank coffee or cola, you withdrew from
caffeine before starting. If this is an
issue for you, you can fully expect to
feel like heck for a few days since on
top of the other processes going on,
your brain no longer has one of its
~~before you begin~~
Keep the lemonades flowing, be sure to
get the minimum of 6 or more a day...and
half your body weight in ounces
This will help diminish your detox symptoms.
I can also recommend peppermint tea to help
neutralize toxins. The water and juice will
keep everything flowing down and out.
You may feel crummy for a few days but hang
in there since after you have crossed your
finish line and you remember the challenges
you met to get there...you will feel good
