Some folks have done it with success - others, not so good. I leave that decision up to each individual. HUMAWORM is very strong and can cause heartburn and nausea so you might HAVE to eat a little something after taking it. People that are very used to juice and water fasting might be able to pull it off - but I think it would be too much for a fasting "newbie" to try.
