Those are symptoms in and of themselves. Causes are more like diet, metals, whatever you put in or on, or don't.
Any time someone says "dry" my answer is going to be "hydrate."
Others will have ideas for you, but my suggestion is to start looking at the very basics. Water and food intake. Are you drinking enough water? Divide your weight by two. That's how much water you should drink per day, in ounces. 150 pounds? 75 ounces.
Food? Eat only foods that will spoil, and eat them before they spoil.
I think I recommended oil pulling to you a few weeks ago on a different forum. That is an effortless way to begin cleansing the inside of the body. It will help you use water more efficiently and help your symptoms.
As you get the basics down you can also play around with supplements and other cleansing protocols! But start with diet and water intake and everything else will follow from that point.
