Didn't I read somewhere that Coconut oil is good for candida? Whatever oil you use you need to get some pure Oil of Oregano (no mixes with olive oil). It has been shown that Oil of Oregano kills yeast dead on contact in a lab.

I have a friend with severe systemic candida and she won't go near Oil of Oregano. I can't tell you how it just kills me to see her suffer.

:) pardon my ignorance - but how did you realise you had a lung infection. What did the doc say?

I ask because I figured I had one over the holidays and when I went the doc told me I had a sinus infection and prescribed anti biotics. Of course I never took them and thankfully found the Peroxide rinse which banished it in 3 days.

... but I still swear I had a lung infection - couldnt breath right, kept coughing etc.

What say you?
