I can't find any links right now, but what I'm doing is taking a 500 mg capsule of Niacin once a day. I think some people take it twice. It helps detox the Bromine.
Anyway, I at least make sure that I have a little something on my stomache, sometimes it will give you a stomache ache if you take it on an empty stomache.
When the Niacin starts absorbing, it gives you a tingly feeling on the skin and your skin will turn red (make sure your home the first time you do it!) and it feels so good. Hard to describe, you gotta try it!
