I can relate to oil pulling taking away the fogginess. I had a day last week where I was feeling so foggy but I couldn't pinpoint it directly to anything. Probably some sort of food more than likely. Well to get to my point - I did a mini pulling marathon where I did three 20 minute sessions of pulling back to back. By the time I was done with pull #3 my fogginess was GONE and I had a great day after that.
btw - i've only been pulling for a little over a month.
